Swimming Pool at Oak Crest Estates
Our private swimming pool is open between Memorial Day and Labor Day, weather permitting, and is supervised by a certified lifeguard and pool attendant. If you’d like to host a pool party at Oak Crest Estates, see reservation details below.
Resident and Guest Info
Residents can enjoy swimming and lounging at the pool during summer months. To enter the pool area, residents must be “in good standing” and residents 14 & up must sign in using a current year pool pass. Children under 14 years old must remain with their parent/guardian at all times while on pool grounds.
Guests must be accompanied by a resident of Oak Crest Estates. Daily guest passes cost $4 each and may be purchased at the office using a debit/credit card or Apple Pay. The guest policy sets a maximum of 4 guests per household. Guests 18 & up must provide a photo ID to be signed in at the pool. There is no charge for guests ages 5 and younger.
Pool Waiver – Rules & Regulations
Our swimming pool is open when the lifeguard and pool attendant are on duty. Weather may impact the pool’s operating hours. Please stop by the office to sign a 2025 waiver and pick up your 2025 pool passes!

Pool Party – Reservation Info
Pool Party Information: Residents in good standing may host a pool party while the pool is open and operating simultaneously for other members of the community. Private pool parties are not offered at Oak Crest Estates. To reserve a pool party, submit a completed application and full payment to the office at least 14 days prior to the event. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis.
Your pool party may consist of up to 32 guests. All guests 18 and older must present a photo ID and sign a liability form, agreeing to follow the rules and regulations within the pool area. Guests must wear a wristband in order to enter the gate.
Two guests may be admitted at no additional cost, and children ages 5 and under are free. The group rate for pool party guests is $2 for each guest ages 6 and up.
Pool party reservations with 15 or more guests will require a second lifeguard, so the host must cover the added cost of $30 per hour for large parties.
