Great Environment for Adults and Families
Oak Crest Estates townhomes are designed in the style of colonial architecture. Each court offers a unique layout of different models, but all units feature triple pane windows, spacious rooms, and private back yards. Each model can be customized to suit the owner’s taste and approved exterior variations can give each house a special distinction.
There are many benefits to joining the Homeowners Association (HOA) at Oak Crest Estates. The HOA manages services such as landscaping and snow removal, while providing affordable access to shared spaces and amenities. Onsite recreation includes basketball, swimming, playgrounds, tennis, volleyball, and grilling/picnic areas.
