Clubhouse Rental

Swimming Pool

Our swimming pool is open between Memorial Day and Labor Day, under the supervision of a certified lifeguard and pool attendant. Click to see the rules & regulations and arrange to get a seasonal pool pass.

Oak Crest Estates basketball court

Athletic Courts/Fields

Our paved basketball courts are fenced in, providing a safe place for residents to play and train. The connected tennis court is temporarily closed. There is a sand filled volleyball court next to the pool and a net is available by request.


Playground Areas

We have a private playground adjacent to the clubhouse for young children to enjoy, with the supervision of a parent or guardian. The playground is open from sunrise to sunset. No pets or glass containers may be brought into the playground area.


Bike Paths/Walking Paths

Bicyclists and skaters may use the paved bike paths throughout the community. Sidewalks are strictly for pedestrian use. There are also a number of dirt paths throughout Oak Crest Estates, which residents and guests and welcome to explore.


Parking Spaces and Permits

Each unit is assigned two designated parking spaces. Parking is reserved for residents and their guests, who must display a valid Oak Crest Estates parking permit. Parking permits are issued to new homeowners. If you get a new vehicle, you must submit the make/model information to the office and get a revised parking pass for the new vehicle.


Curfew and Loitering Policy

Loitering is not permitted in any of the common areas, recreational facilities, in front of homes, or in parking areas at any time. Curfew is 9:00pm for children 14 & under and 10:00pm for children 15-17. This curfew is enforced by the Hamilton Township Police Department and by the Oak Crest Estates Association.
