Oak Crest Estates Clubhouse Room Rental
Residents at Oak Crest Estates may rent the Clubhouse Room for private parties and events. If you’d like to host a pool party during the summer, please see the Swimming Pool page.
Room Rental Requirements 
Oak Crest Estates residents who are in good standing may reserve the Clubhouse Room on a first-come, first-serve basis. You must submit your rental application at least two weeks in advance of your event. Please refer to Clubhouse Room Rental Form below for complete instructions.
Cost: $200.00 for a Five (5) Hour Room Rental , plus a $150.00 Refundable Deposit
Max Capacity: Clubhouse Room holds up to 100 people
Room Availability: Monday through Friday 4pm through 11pm, Saturday & Sunday 8am through 11pm
Event Duration: Clubhouse Room may only be rented for a five-hour time period, which includes time for setup/cleanup
Extended Hours: If the clubhouse is utilized for longer than your five-hour reserved time period, an additional fee of at least $40 will apply. The extended hours fee is charged at a rate of $40 per additional hour beyond the five-hour rental window.
Accommodations/Supplies: Clubhouse Room is attached to a kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, stove and oven. Food may not be prepared in the kitchen – only stored and reheated. Onsite restrooms are available for use during scheduled events. Folding tables and chairs are stored in the Clubhouse Room and may be used for events. Tables and chairs must be cleaned and returned in same condition.

To make a reservation, you must submit the following to the Oak Crest Estates office:
- $200 Rental Fee
- $150 Refundable Deposit
- Completed Rental Application
- Copy of current homeowners insurance policy
Important Information: No alcohol or drugs may be present in clubhouse, bathrooms, parking lot, or surrounding common areas. Failure to abide by this rule will result in forfeiture of the $150 deposit and may lead to additional fees for damages and/or violations. Clubhouse must be cleaned and vacated by 11pm in order to avoid being charged extended time fees.
