Membership Costs – as of July 2025
- Annual Assessment of $1,824.00, which may be divided into 12 monthly payments
- Monthly payments of $152 are due on the first of each month
- If payment is not made by the 15th, a $20 late fee will be charged
- Closing Costs of $1,332 per transaction (Capital Contribution fee upon purchase of a townhome)
- New Member Fee of $250 (one-time initial cost to join Oak Crest Estates HOA)
