The Oak Crest Estates HOA is governed by a Board of Trustees. Each board member is elected to serve a three-year term to fulfill assigned duties without compensation.
Residents are encouraged to meet with current board members at open-session board meetings on the third Wednesday of each month. The Board does not meet during the month of December. Meetings are held in the Clubhouse and begin promptly at 7:00 pm.
The annual assessment fee is charged to the homeowner, which serves to cover all services and shared amenities provided by the HOA to the residents and guests at the Oak Crest Estates.
This HOA fee may be paid in monthly installments of $152, which is due on the first of each month. If the monthly HOA fee is not paid by the 15th of the month, a $20.00 late charge will be billed to the account.

All receptacles may be placed in parking spot the evening prior to respective collection day and must be returned to rear of unit by 7:00pm on collection day to avoid a fine ($25 per container)

The Homeowners Association meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 7pm. Current townhome owners at Oak Crest Estates are invited to attend the meeting to speak with the board members and/or to observe the open session. The meeting takes place in the Clubhouse Room. Please note: There will not be a board meeting during the month of December.
